CommTraffic's installation package contains a utility that allows you to control CommTraffic Service. Usually you won't need to launch this utility; however, you may experience some difficulties while running CommTraffic and TamoSoft customer support may ask you to perform some actions with CommTraffic Service. Click Start => Programs, go to CommTraffic Program Group and select the CommTraffic Service Manager icon. Depending on the action required, select the corresponding option and click OK.
