For most of our products, during the installation process you will be prompted to select a language. This selection will affect the application user interface language and, when available, the language of the help documentation to be installed. For example, if you select "German" while installing TamoGraph, the application interface will be in German and the help documentation will be in German as well. Note that you can change the interface language using the application menu, however, if you want to change the help documentation language, you'll have to re-install the application and select a new language during the re-installation process.
